Presbyterian Disaster Assistance

For many of us, the multitude and devastation of natural disasters have overwhelmed our senses. How do we conceive of tens of thousands of people dying under buildings collapsed by earthquakes, or imagine mudslides or tsunami waves eradicating villages, or winds of great force bringing an amount of water that breaks human-designed levees?

Still, in spite of our numbness, we are moved to respond. Those wishing to make gifts for specific disasters by check may do so by making checks payable to ELPC and noting the specific fund.
