"For the Bible Tells Me So"
Wednesday, April 23rd, at 7pm

On Wed., April 23, ELPC will join with Community House Presbyterian Church to host the showing of this engaging film about the intersection of scripture, homosexuality, and how Christian families come to (or fail to) understand their gay children. This is an opportunity to share in the journey of five gay and lesbian people and their parents, coupled with analysis of what the Bible says about homosexuality and how that has been interpreted. Theologians of a number of denominations and traditions share insight into the Biblical implications of their experiences. This award-winning film was featured at this year’s Covenant Network Conference in Atlanta.

Join us at 7 pm at Community House Presbyterian Church, 120 Parkhurst, at the corner of Sandusky, across from Allegheny General Hospital. Parking is reserved at a hospital lot. Dessert and discussion will follow. For more information or carpooling, please call Carol Untch at 724-272-9722.
