Mission
Community Mission Volunteer Opportunities
- Shelter Evening Meal. Join
other ELPC members in purchasing, preparing and serving the 8 pm
meal on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Shelter Super Bowl Party.
- Black History Month Celebration.
- Black & White Reunion.
- Meals-on-Wheels. Help to
prepare or deliver meals to the elderly and homebound weekdays.
- Hosanna Industries. Pick up a
tool and work alongside others in rehabbing a house in our
neighborhood.
- Tutoring. Share your time and
skills with a local student for one hour, one day per week.
- Samaritan Service. Join the
men from the Shelter for worship at 8 am on Sunday mornings.

The Community Mission Committee meets the
first Monday of each month and welcomes all who are interested in
learning more about our mission and in actively serving our neighbors in
