There’s always something fun happening at East Liberty Presbyterian Church. A picture says a thousand words. View some of our images below, or check us out on Facebook, the Young Adults Facebook, ELPC’s Flickr page; Hope Academy’s blog, Hope Academy’s YouTube site, and Hope Academy’s Flickr pictures!

Here’s a video from our 2011 Easter service:

Here’s a brief (30 seconds) video overview of our church:

In this next video, hear the Rev. Dr. Randall K. Bush, a classically-trained pianist, playing Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2. He is joined by Hope Academy instructor Suzanne Polak and former Associate Director of Worship Jon Tyillian. Six hands, one piano rendition. Performed on February 14, 2009 at East Liberty Presbyterian Church for Hope Academy’s benefit performance, “Love and All That Jazz.”

In this next video, the Rev. Dr. J. Richard Szeremany, former Director of Worship, Music and the Arts, explains “How come the organ has so many keys?” One in a series of videos where Dr. Szeremany discusses and plays ELPC’s Aeolian Skinner organ. In this video, Szeremany introduces himself and the organ, including where the pipes are located, why there are four keyboards on the console, and the range of pipe sizes and sounds.

ELPC’s Joyful Noise choir welcomes children from age 5 through 5th grade. On this special performance during the 11:00 service on June 14, 2009, the Joyful Noise choir was also joined by our young musicians from grades 6 - 8. The youth performed “When You Believe” from “Prince of Egypt.” We were happy to welcome the choir’s celebratory, joyful sound!
